Using the analogy of battery-powered tools, he illustrates how we are powerless without staying connected to Jesus Christ, our ultimate power source, and warns against thinking we can control this power ourselves. Pastor Tim emphasizes that God moves in His own timing and sovereignty, explaining that the supernatural isn’t like flipping a light switch and we cannot force God to move through our faith alone. He points to God’s Word, the blood of Christ, the Holy Spirit, prayer, and a surrendered life as the tools that charge our spiritual batteries and prepare us to be used by God. Let us commit to staying plugged into our power source through daily relationship with Jesus and living in readiness to be vessels through which His power can flow.
