In his message, “Seeds of Hope,” Brian Saunders shares how God works through the ministry of Shared Hope for Orphans Worldwide to bring transformation in Uganda. He reminds us that, through Jesus Christ, we are empowered to plant seeds of hope as missionaries—seeds that God can multiply in amazing ways.
Brian tells powerful stories of multiplication: eggplants continuing to produce beyond their season, and a simple $1,000 gift feeding 800 children after much prayer. These miracles point to a deeper truth—the real seed is the living Word of God, and when it is planted, God brings the increase.
While fighting malaria, Brian felt Jesus ask him a life-changing question: “What are you willing to sacrifice for me?” That question challenges us all. When we freely say, “Here I am,” and give what we have, God multiplies our offering far beyond what we could imagine.
We don’t need to wait until tomorrow. We can respond today to what God is calling us to do. As we give our hearts fully to Jesus and step forward in courage to serve, we discover that when we are willing to give everything, God transforms our lives forever.
